    Lam of Extremadura PGI (CRIGP Corderex) is the Regulatory Council Certification in charge of applying the precepts that guarantee the control and quality of such meat specifications.

    The most important breed is Merino and its comercial brand is CORDEREX. The product is always labeled and sealed on the leg, as well as stamped along both sides of the carcass.


  • CORDEREX produces perfect lambs in terms of cacasse´s tissue composition and such a proven feature of early developement means that Merino breed stands aou from others.
